In Level 3 we are able to do phone consults, and limited face-to-face consults. Phone to book your appointments.
Appointments booked through Manage My Health in COVID level 4 will be phone consults. The Doctor will phone you at the time of your appointment.
If the Doctor asks you to come to clinic, all Patients are required to remain in their car when they arrive at the medical centre and phone the receptionist to say they have arrived.
We continue to provide a drive through COVID-19 swabbing service. Please note we stop swabbing at 4pm on weekdays and at 12pm on the weekend. Our opening hours are from 8:30am - 5:30pm during the week and 9am - 3pm on the weekends.

At The Doctors New Lynn we provide a comprehensive, convenient, and very affordable family general practice healthcare service, with pharmacy, radiology department, eye specialists and child care centre onsite as well. We offer a number of specialised programmes, including immunisations, travel vaccinations, ongoing screening for breast and cervical cancer, and wellness and health ageing clinics.
Minor surgery including circumcisions are available along with traditional Chinese acupuncture, and we provide a GP service for residential care facilities. We are fully computerised, allowing us to access laboratory results straight from the lab, and as part of National Hauora Coalition PHO, we can keep our patient fees at a very affordable level. Our staff speak ten different languages including Mandarin and Cantonese.

We are pleased to inform our patients we have updated our telecommunication systems – this means longer experiencing random disconnections, the ability to leave a voice message, select connection options and providing a direct line for repeat prescriptions. It is our hope the new telecommunication system will provide you with a more positive service provision experience.
Additionally, our Primary Health Organization is funding our medical centre to have Health Improvement Practitioners and Health Coaches provide free social, mental, and clinical support for our patients in both Golf Road and New Lynn. Please do not hesitate to contact our Practice Nurse to see how our health care professionals/providers can assist you and/or your family.
