  We are pleased to inform all our patients who have diabetes that from now on we will be providing a FREE annual diabetes check.
  These checks will include blood tests,for cholesterol , HbA1c , foot check , weight and height check, Blood pressure check, and a discussion with the Doctor about your medication.

• Cervical Cancer Vaccination

• Every year, thousands of NZ women are diagnosed with cervical abnormalities (abnormal smears) and around 180 NZ women are diagnosed with cervical cancer.  Cervical cancer is caused by the Human papaillomavirus (HPV).  although most womed who develop cervical cancer are diagnosed at an older age. the actual HPV infection that causes cervical cancer occurs many years earlier.
  
  
  Vaccination, together with regular cervical smear testing, offers young women the best protection against cervical abnormalities and cervical cancer.
  
  Most eligible young girls will recieve this in school approximately in year 8.  However, if you are no longer in school or do not plan at recieving this vaccination through school then you are able to recieve this vaccination from us at no charge.

• To encourage our men to have health checks we are offering a free annual health check for Tane aged 20-59 years old.
  
  The check includes; Blood pressure measure, blood sugar test, vision, weight, height, a hearing test and an ear examination.
