About Me

Dr Asima Dervishi graduated with a medical degree from Otago University in 2008 and after graduation moved back to Auckland and has been living on the North Shore ever since. She completed her medical training in local hospitals, mainly at North Shore Hospital. Asima grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina and came in NZ in 1993 with her family as a war refugee. She has always wanted to be a GP and thoroughly enjoys working in the community.
