About Me

New Zealand-born, Ally qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2004 and has experience in Plastics, General Medicine (Cardiology), Emergency Care and Primary Health Nursing. Ally enjoys a wide range of nursing practice but her special interests are heart health, lowering cardiovascular disease risk, improving health with natural diet/lifestyle, and supporting mental health. Ally runs our Wellness/Heart Clinic and her 30min appointments can be self-booked for any enrolled patient who is looking for support to improve their overall health, Heart Attack risk assessment (cardiovascular risk), depression/anxiety/mental illness support, palliative care support, cholesterol management (natural or otherwise), support/referrals for weight loss and information on smoking cessation. In her free time Ally enjoys spending time with her family.
