About Me

Kia Ora, My name is Bayley and I am the Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP) at Counties Family Health in Papakura. I’m a Mental Health Professional by training. With the skills I have gained, I can very valuable and beneficial when working alongside our community to be able to help create the best outcome for them, their lives and their goals. As a HIP, I provide brief sessions that focus on practical strategies and linking people with external services.
