About Me

Brian is originally from Korea, but is proud to call himself a true Canterburian having lived in Christchurch for the last twenty years. He is a graduate of Otago University and has worked in Christchurch Hospital for 9 years having done multiple years of training in various specialties including oncology, cardiology, respiratory, general medicine, and health care of the elderly. He has a special interest in Internal Medicine, Oncology and Preventative Medicine. He is also a co-founder and CEO of WeCare Health. Outside work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Ami and his two children, Chris and Erin. He is an avid reader and traveler.
