About Me

Dr Liz Williams grew up in Wanganui and moved to Dunedin in 2003 to train at the Otago Medical School. She graduated in 2009 and spent some time in Dunedin Hospital before joining the Aurora Health Centre. Liz also works at the Sexual Health Clinic, is an accredited forensic sexual assault doctor and more recently gained an international board certification in lifestyle medicine. She has a strong passion for lifestyle as medicine, in the prevention and treatment of chronic health conditions, and a goal to help people live happier heathier lives.
